The products that you have ordered through Ginza Design Jewelry and that are in our stock will be shipped within 3-20 working days. This period may vary according to product availability and/or production time. If the product you have ordered is not available in our stocks, we will inform you. After the order is placed, the order cannot be changed or canceled. There is a maximum waiting period of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.
