Warranty and Return Conditions
Order & Delivery
If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. For out-of-stock items, the delivery time may extend up to a maximum of 10 business days depending on the production process. These timeframes may vary depending on production volume. If your order cannot be shipped within the specified period, you will be notified accordingly.
All orders are shipped insured. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment through the provided link.
After an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
For custom design requests or assistance regarding size, color, or other details, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.
Warranty & Repairs
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. At Ginza Design Jewelry, our priority is to meet your expectations of quality at the highest level.
Within the warranty period, manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge. However, damages caused by user error, improper use, or external factors are not covered under warranty. Repairs and resizing requested after the warranty period may be subject to additional charges.
When submitting a repair request, it is necessary to provide your full name, contact details, address, and the reason for the request. Shipping costs for maintenance and repair processes are the responsibility of the customer. You will be informed once the repair process is completed.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or request an exchange for purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that they are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange request, you must contact us with your full name, contact details, address, and the reason for your request. After the request is created, the product must be sent back to us within 10 days at the latest.
Returned items must be sent complete, unused, and undamaged, including the invoice, box, packaging, certificate, all accessories (if any), and any complimentary items. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to you with shipping costs charged to you.
Returns within Türkiye are free of charge, and shipping arrangements will be provided by us. Returns are not accepted for international orders. All customs duties and additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If customs taxes are not paid by the recipient, the return will not be processed. Return and exchange practices are carried out in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products.
Orders produced specifically upon request, such as rings, cannot be canceled, returned, or modified.
Used, damaged, or altered products that have lost their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene products (such as piercings and earrings), returns or exchanges are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
